The Ranch features all these characteristics for no more, and probably less, than you'll invest in a bird hunting lease, a European hunting trip, a country club or even season tickets to a professional sports event. For your investment you'll reap exotic gamebirds like pheasant, chukar, and always plentiful quail anytime between October 1st and April 30th. You'll fly fish for rainbow trout, experience European-style driven pheasant shoots and shoot two of the country's finest sporting clays courses. You'll host friends and guests for gourmet dining in the rustic elegance of the old stone lodge, or the NEW resort-style pool and Cantina. At Joshua Creek Ranch, Membership is limited to ensure outstanding experiences for each Member and their guests.
We have four types of memberships--choose the membership type that best suits you.
Authorize up to 5 executives to “book & bill.” Entitles member company (including 5 authorized book & bill executives) to all activities and benefits at member rates.
One-Time Initiation Fee:$15,000 + tax
Dues: $750 + tax per month; additional executives can be added to the book and bill authorization for $1,250 per person per year.
Guest fees: None. Corporate members may bring an unlimited number of guests provided that an individual authorized by the corporation to book & bill accompanies the guest.
Family Membership
Entitles member’s spouse and dependent children under 26 to all activities and benefits at member rates.
One-Time Initiation Fee:$6,000 + tax
Dues: $250 + tax per month
Guest Fees: No guest fees for ONE guest per visit. Additional guests will require a $50 per guest fee for overnight stays that include hunting. No guest fees on paid sporting/social activities such as sporting clays. Discounted guest fees are applicable to complimentary Member benefits such as Resort Day Passes for water recreation and gun ranges.
Out-of-State Membership
Entitles member’s spouse and dependent children under 26 to all activities and benefits at member rates for 3 bookings per hunting season; unlimited bookings in the non-hunting season.
One-Time Initiation Fee:$3,125 + tax
Dues: $150 + tax per month
Guest Fees: $50/guest/reservation
Sporting/Social Membership
Entitles member’s spouse and dependent children under 26 to all sporting/social activities and benefits at member rates.
One-Time Initiation Fee:$1,500 + tax
Dues: $125 + tax per month
Guest Fees: No guest fees on paid sporting/social activities such as sporting clays. Discounted guest fees are applicable to complimentary Member benefits such as Resort Day Passes for water recreation and gun ranges.
